These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mdy97 platform ("we", "the Service") and the user accessing it ("you", "the User"). From the moment you access the mdy97 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to follow these terms. Please read this page in full before continuing to use the service.

1 General Provisions

mdy97 is a digital gaming platform designed for casino and sports betting players in Myanmar, set up to process payments via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All games, promotions, and services offered on this platform are governed by these terms.

mdy97 reserves the right to amend any provisions stated in these terms at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the platform after changes are published on the website, you will be considered to have accepted those changes.

2 User Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

The mdy97 platform is accessible to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 may not open an account or play any games. We reserve the right to verify a user's age at any time, and if any inaccuracy is found in the information provided, that account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All details provided when opening an account — including name, date of birth, and payment channel information — must be accurate and complete. If an account is found to have been opened with false or inaccurate information, all funds in that account will be frozen and promotions may be voided.

2.3 Individual Accounts

Each person may open one account only. If we find that someone has opened more than one account to claim promotions, or has created agent accounts to play, we will suspend or permanently close those accounts.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks, available via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Deposits are confirmed within minutes, depending on bank processing time.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team and are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Payment Verification

All payments must be made using the account holder's own payment account. If a third-party payment is detected, the funds will be returned and the case will be investigated further.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit after registration, you can receive a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks, get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times. For example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Promotion Restrictions

Each promotion is available to each person once only. If we find that promotions are being abused — for example, family members combining accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — the bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.

5 VIP Level & Cashback Policy

mdy97 has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Levels are based on both play history and deposit amount. The weekly cashback reward for each level is:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback amounts will be credited directly to your account. The wagering requirement on cashback funds is set according to your current VIP level.

6 Betting Restrictions

6.1 Bonus Bet Limits

When playing with bonus funds, the amount staked in a single game round should not exceed 5% of the bonus amount. This restriction is lifted once the wagering requirement is completed.

6.2 Game Type Restrictions

Jackpot Slots and high-value Progressive games may only count 10–50% toward bonus wagering. Contact the mdy97 support team for full details on which games count and by how much.

7 Responsibility & Conduct

7.1 Responsible Gaming

mdy97 prioritises responsible gaming. You should play for entertainment only and not treat it as a way to earn income. Gaming carries a risk of loss — you must understand that losses can occur even after playing for a long time.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Organised bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming promotions through multiple accounts
• Playing using bots, automated software, or computer-assisted tools
• Conducting deposit and withdrawal patterns related to money laundering
• Deliberately exploiting game technical vulnerabilities
• Depositing through another person's payment channel without their knowledge

8 Service Suspension and Termination

mdy97 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• When a violation of these terms is detected
• When there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• When cheating or exploit-based gameplay is detected
• When false personal information is found to have been provided
• When the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age

An investigation will be carried out during the suspension period. If no violation is confirmed, the account will be reinstated. If a violation is found, mdy97 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

9 Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, brand names, designs, code, and software components on the mdy97 platform are the property of mdy97. Copying, distributing, or reproducing these materials in any form without our prior written permission is not allowed.

Game content, software, and original works are the intellectual property of their respective game providers and are displayed on mdy97 only under the relevant licences.

10 Personal Data Protection

We protect personal data with SSL encryption and will not sell or share it with third parties — except when required by law.

11 Technical Errors and Limitation of Liability

While mdy97 strives to keep the platform available at all times, services may be temporarily interrupted due to technical errors, server maintenance, or Myanmar network issues. mdy97 cannot be held responsible for any losses that occur during active gameplay as a result of such interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

If your connection drops during gameplay, we will do our best to restore your game session after reconnection. Where that is not possible, any staked amounts will be refunded.

mdy97 reserves the right to change, remove, or add services, games, and promotions at any time without notice. mdy97 is not responsible for any losses arising from such changes.
